LPT: If you struggle with eye contact, practice maintaining it at night. Talk to a neighbor or someone in a not so lit area. It will train you to keep eye contact without feeling self conscious. Before long, you will be able to do it, no matter how bright

I was talking to a neighbor last night and it was dark. It was easy, since I could only see the silhouette of his face. It is good practice. In keeping eye contact, is a great way to show you are truly listening. submitted by /u/TheBYOB...
